You don’t become an international supermodel like Gigi Hadid without a few superhero-esque tricks up your sleeve.
With everything that the 21-year-old is up to these days—starring on runway after runway, acting as the face of Reebok’s Perfect Never campaign, and keeping up with her 17-girl-deep squad of famous friends (including Taylor Swift and Kendall Jenner)—it’s no surprise that she’s perfected the art of squeezing in sculpting moves whenever she can.
On the days when a full-blown boxing session with Rob Piela just won’t make the schedule, the supermodel has a no-fail trick for remembering to fit in a few extra butt-sculpting moves: a Post-It note.
“Recently for the VS show, I put a sticky note in my kitchen, and every time I walked past the squats sticky note, I had to do 15 squats,” Hadid tells Cosmopolitan. “It’s a good trick because it reminds you that you have to have integrity with yourself. No one else is watching, so I have to just do it for myself.” (Herself and the millions of fans watching the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, no doubt.)
She may be giving up on striving to be “perfect,” but that doesn’t mean Hadid is giving up on genius, multitasking life hacks. (Keep ’em coming, girl.)
