Jennifer Garner might have caught the internet’s attention at this year’s Oscars by becoming a meme after the camera caught her having some sort of epiphany while applauding, but that’s not the only reason viewers were looking at the actress. Did you see those arms?

Garner’s strongest accessories on the red carpet were her toned-beyond-belief biceps that would even make Wonder Woman herself feel envious. And her Michelle Obama-worthy arms are in part due to the workout she’s been doing for the past four years: dance-cardio sessions with celeb-beloved Body by Simone founder Simone De La Rue.

“If you can find a workout that makes you smile, do it,” Garner wrote on Instagram. “Watching the sun come up or dancing midday, I couldn’t do better on this #nationalworkoutbuddyday than you, @bodybysimone. Thank you for being a bright spot in the last four years, for your inclusive, loving energy, and for making me smile my way through #PEPPERMINTmovie. You are something else.”

Garner is lucky enough to work with De La Rue herself (#goals), but you can still get your sweat on similarly by taking the New York City or Califorina-based classes, or by subscribing to online classes through Body by Simone TV for $15 permonth.

Just take it from Garner: You’ll be having such a good time that you’ll barely remember you’re working out in the first place. (Now here’s to hoping for those same toned arms.)
