This Video of Men in Kilts Doing Yoga Is Oddly Soothing…and Hot

Another yoga-centric video is going viral—the second in as many weeks. This time, though, it's men in kilts—not menstrual realness—that's got the internet's attention.

Thank you BBC Social for sharing the minute-long, semi-NSFW clip of bearded, bare-chested Scots working on their warrior 2 poses in the woods (which has already been viewed over 43 million times—just this week). Hey Y7, maybe you should have a little less Drake and a little more bagpipes? (Wait no, please never do that. Ever.)

The woodsy music is oddly calming, and the dudes' moves are pretty damn impressive.

The premise of the video is a bit strange, sure. But the woodsy music is oddly calming, and the dudes' moves are pretty damn impressive. (It doesn't hurt that they're being done by Tristan Cameron-Harper, a former pro hockey player and model, and Finlay Wilson, a forest yoga instructor—yes, that's apparently a thing in Scotland.)

Of course, the age-old question remains: What exactly do men wear under their kilts? Oh don't worry, you'll find out at the end of the video. (Spoiler alert: I wouldn't watch this with your boss looking over your shoulder....)

If you think that's hilarious, Well+Good's video series with Lena Dunham will have you cry-laughing—you can watch it while you foam roll.
