1/17If your boutique fitness class in New York City felt empty last weekend, it was probably because we took a trip to Montauk with a couple hundred Well+Good readers to kick off the first of our three Surfside Salutations events at The Surf Lodge, presented by C9 at Target.
We started the day with a high-energy boot camp with by superstar trainer and C9 ambassador Adam Rosante and then enjoyed a healthy, delicious brunch, paddled out with Paddle Diva, practiced moving meditation with celeb yogi and C9 ambassador Kristin McGee, and much more.
Click through the recap to see our favorite moments. And if it inspires FOMO, don’t sweat it—tickets to our July 11 and August 22 events are still available.

The Surf Lodge’s amazing, healthy brunch included mango smoothie bowls and this protein-topped, super gorgeous avocado toast.
8/17Readers got out on the water for some stand-up paddleboarding with Hamptons favorite SUP purveyor Paddle Diva. (While Brooklyn the dog waded in without a board.)
Everyone wanted in on the action at the C9 at Target Style Showcase, where complimentary tanks were doled out post-workout. (This made ditching our sweaty workout tanks super easy.)

Gorgeous tea brand T2 brought a selection for us to sip (chilled, sparkling matcha with lemon was a hit) while everyone got to make their own customized tea blends. Yes, those are real rose buds!
