Joey Gonzalez | CEO, Barry's Bootcamp

Joey Gonzalez is the CEO of Barry’s, the original cardio and strength interval workout that began a global boutique fitness movement. Since taking the helm of the business as CEO in 2015, Gonzalez has dedicated his life to expanding the Barry’s brand across the country and around the world, fostering diverse communities across over 70 studios in 14 countries. Under Gonzalez’s stewardship, the brand has become known for its values of diversity and inclusivity, celebrating every member of Barry’s global community through initiatives such as United We Sprint, an annual celebration of World Pride month. In 2018, Gonzalez was named to Fast Company’s Most Creative People in Business list. He sits on the board of the Family Equality Council and studied at Harvard Business School. He currently resides in Hancock Park, Los Angeles with his husband, daughter, and son.

Sadie Lincoln | Co-founder + CEO, barre3

Sadie Lincoln is the co-founder and CEO of barre3, a fitness company focused on teaching people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. Starting in 2008 with the flagship studio in Portland, Oregon, barre3 has grown to include more than 160 franchise studios powered by female entrepreneurs, plus an online-workout streaming-subscriber base in 98+ countries. What started as a workout has blossomed into a full-blown movement made up of millions of people focused on body positivity, being empowered, and redefining what success in fitness means.

Ethan Agarwal | Founder + CEO, Aaptiv

Ethan is the founder & CEO of Aaptiv. Prior to launching Aaptiv, he spent three years at McKinsey, advising clients in the technology, media, and financial industries, and was previously an investor at LionEye Capital, a $2.5B AUM hedge fund, focused on a merger arbitrage strategy across energy, tech, and healthcare. Ethan began his career as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers, focused on healthcare M&A, and holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and political science from The Johns Hopkins University, with a minor in entrepreneurship. He earned his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Alexia Brue | Co-founder, Well+Good

Alexia Brue is the co-founder of Well+Good and served as CEO until Leaf Group (NYSE: LEAF) acquired Well+Good in June 2018. She’s currently SVP of the Fitness & Wellness Group at Leaf Group. Brue is a frequent expert and commentator on digital media, entrepreneurship, and wellness, and has been featured in outlets including CBS This Morning, Good Morning America, the New York Times, and Fast Company. She serves on the Board of Directors for Wellness in the Schools and is an advisor to the Global Wellness Institute. She lives in New York City with her husband and two children.
