Tone It Up co-founders Karena Dawn and Katrina Scott motivate countless women to sweat with them online, and most recently, on their phones with a new fitness app, Studio Tone It Up. I caught up with the duo recently at a wellness event hosted by Kohl’s in Santa Monica, California, where they led workouts for hundreds of fans throughout the day (and another 33,000 who joined via live stream). NBD.

There was a lot going on, but the two stayed grounded through it all. And when I asked them how, they offered up a handful of must-haves that always make it into their gym bags. These five items—from their favorite snacks to essential oils—help them feel centered and ready for anything.

Here are the wellness go-tos you’ll always find in the Tone It Up founders’ gym bags.
