Announcing the launch of Well+Good Retreats,

starting at the Avalon Palm Springs, March 25–28, 2018.

Well+Good has scouted crazy-beautiful destinations around the country for four very special Retreats next year. They’ll be your home base for world-class workouts, healthy food, and high-vibe experiences with top fitness and wellness rockstars—plus we've got all your luxe beauty products covered (you won't have to bring a single skin-care product with you!). Welcome to your new vacation goals.

Well+Good has curated the ultimate wellness getaways worthy of your precious vacation days.

These intimate retreats (about 40 people a pop) are designed and hosted by Well+Good co-founders Alexia Brue and Melisse Gelula and the Well+Good team. What makes us such retreat experts? For starters, Alexia and Melisse have serious healthy travel knowledge, with decades of experience as travel journalists covering the world's best spas and healing destinations. And with Well+Good's in-depth understanding of modern travelers, we designed Well+Good Retreats to be a new generation of getaway for readers like you.

Enough about us. You can get tickets right now for the debut Well+Good Retreat in Palm Springs, at the desert-chic Avalon Hotel March 25–28, 2018.

Well+Good Retreats Avalon Palm Springs

Well+Good editors have scouted rockstars of the wellness scene to lead our retreats.

For the Avalon Palm Springs, we'll be traveling with Candice Kumai and Charlee Atkins, who'll be combining their expertise for a totally transformational trip.

Become BFFs with Kumai, a star chef, Well+Good Council member, and best-selling author (you'll even get early exclusive lessons from her forthcoming book Kintsugi Wellness, coming out this spring). She'll be walking you through simple dishes you can actually add to your busy life.

And every day, you'll be sweating it out with Atkins, creator of the Le Sweat and Le Stretch, two workouts with a serious cult-following at Studio B and SoulAnnex in New York City (she's also a Master SoulCycle instructor). Le Sweat is a mat-based sculpting and cardio workout, and Le Stretch is all about recovery featuring Atkin's signature myofascial release technique to totally unwind you.

Your boutique hotel dreams, IRL

Interiors goddess Kelly Wearstler designed the Avalon Palm Springs in her signature modern-glam Hollywood Regency style, which is also very suitable to chill-time vibes. Guest rooms are super-chic, and many have patios or balconies. All come with robes and other amenities for your comfort. There's also a sweet swimming pool with shaded cabanas, and an Estrella spa for (daily) massages.

You can leave your dopp kit at home

Your beautifully appointed bathroom will be fully stocked with the entire line of Drunk Elephant skin-care products, the incredibly popular beauty brand that created its own category in the non-toxic space called Clean-Clinical. This includes everything you'll need from facial wash, and moisturizer, to a blends-right-in sunscreen for a clean-beauty escape.

You'll have time to relax

Nab a poolside chaise, book a next-level spa experience, or hang out with your new friends. We've literally got the entire place to ourselves.

You'll eat really well

Family-style meals are prepared with your Well+Good healthy lifestyle in mind. Dinner, served at dusk, will be joined by Well+Good's founders. It's all meant to spark soul-satisfying conversation and new friendships. Like a glass of wine with that? No problem.
