A look inside our first-ever, super-buzzy Well+Good Retreat


File this straight under “travel inspo”: After finding that millennial travelers were craving wellness getaways with healthy food and their favorite fitness instructors, in March, we debuted the first-ever Well+Good Retreat. The experience included many of the wellness practices you read about on the site every day, and drew 30-plus readers from all over the country—and the world. Check out what their vacation with us was like in this video (and come with us on the next Retreat!).

We took over the gorgeous Avalon Palm Springs for four days of Le Stretch and Le Sweat sessions, care of one of New York’s buzziest trainers, Charlee Atkins, and daily workshops on easy-to-make eats, led by healthy chef and Kintsugi Wellness author Candice Kumai.

In addition to the endorphin-fueled workouts and matcha how-to classes, we went on high-vibe hikes, bonded during fireside chats, and left our desert oasis feeling recharged and ready to take on the world.

“Your dedication in producing a spectacular inaugural retreat has left me more motivated, clear-minded, and connected,” one attendee told us. “I was able to connect with like-minded women on such a level that I know they will be lifetime friends, and that is rare.”
