Well+Good Retreats are designed to be next-gen wellness getaways, led by fitness and food luminaries handpicked by Well+Good. Here’s what you need to know about the second-ever Well+Good Retreat at Cedar Lakes Estate in New York’s Hudson Valley, August 5-9, 2018. All activities are optional (we get that me-time is important, too) and this schedule is subject to change. Each day is a little different—with additional surprises along the way!

Picture your day with us

7:00-8:00 a.m. Morning wake-up hike

8:00 a.m. Inside-out healthy eating workshop lead by special guest Sophia Roe

9:00–10:30 a.m. Yoga with co-leader Beth Cooke set to a playlist filled with good vibes and great beats

12:00 p.m. Nourishing lunch

1:00 p.m. Time to chill by the pool, canoe in the lake, or have a relaxing afternoon to yourself

3:00–4:00 p.m. “Understanding Your Why” Workshop with co-leader Lauren Bille

4:00–4:45 p.m. Guided meditation with Beth and Lauren

7:00 p.m. Farm-to-table dinner in the garden, including dishes like shaved Brussels sprouts, baby kale salad, and grilled summer peaches.

8:00 p.m. Outdoor movie night or fireside chat with Lauren and Beth!
