While the traveling can be thrilling, it’s not all glamorous, and Rai confesses that it can be tough on her body.
“I started juicing because I wanted to detox my body and boost my immune system,” she says.
So, how does she beat travel fatigue? Rai likes her greens with a touch of stimulating cayenne in her go-to recipe that also has a whole cleansing lemon.
Traveling Juice
1 medium to large apple
2 stalks celery
3 cups of kale (I use about five big leaves; I juice stems, too.
1 cup spinach
2 cups cucumber
1 lemon
Cayenne to taste
