Massage into your hair. Cover with a cap or plastic wrap and let it sit for 30 minutes. Shampoo as usual and use a light conditioner. Rinse completely.
Eggs also have a long history of hair restoration. Eggs have a high protein content, which helps repair damaged follicles. To treat your hair with egg, just beat an egg or two (depending on the length of your hair) until scrambled. Apply all over the hair, massaging into scalp and working through to the ends. Leave it on your head for 15 minutes. Rinse, then shampoo. For best results, use an egg treatment once a week.
