The popular boutique workout has been on an expansion tear. It’s new Hamptons pop-up includes ceiling-mounted resistance bands used in Manhattan, master classes with Bari’s co-owner Brice Hall, and new organic food. And BariGear, the brand’s new summer apparel line, premiered this weekend.

In July and August, Anna Kaiser is bringing her celebrity-coveted dance cardio classes East. (Her clients are Kelly Ripa and Sarah Jessica Parker.) Daily classes will be held at B. East in Amagansett, and many are taught by her lead instructors. So grab your sneaks and get ready to boogie like a star.
Amanda Freeman’s popular Megaformer workout makes its Hamptons debut this season. It takes place on a tricked-out Pilates machine that will have your muscles quivering and brow beading sweat five minutes in. And the new studio is stocked with Hu Kitchen juices.
Starting July 4 weekend, Pilates ProWorks is taking over the Surf Lodge’s beachfront deck for a couple hours on weekend morning. Look for TRX Pro workouts (intense strength training) on Saturdays and Pilates Pro classes (a high energy, music-fueled power workout) on Sundays. Added bonus? You can cool off with green juice from Juice Press.

Shonda Bradford’s new toning studio offers small group 75-minute Garuda classes (named for a muscle-isolating reformer-style machine from the UK), 45-minute Trampoline-Barre classes, and private training with the likes of celebs like Trudie Styler. And maybe you?
Rowing is a hot fitness trend in New York right now.
And this summer Exceed, which has a studio on the Upper East Side, is offering group rowing classes in their Hamptons “garage-style” studio. No life jacket required.
Exceed’s paddleboarding, outdoor cycling, and trail running excursions also sound amazing.
Manhattan Pilates guru Erika Bloom has a new Southampton location for the summer season, in addition to her year-round one in East Hampton. Both locations offer privates and duets, and instructors will come to you for Pilates sessions, yoga, Thai yoga massage, acupuncture, and holistic health counseling.
The Hampton’s very own, very new juice bar stocks ten fresh-pressed blends and snacks like kale chips and puffed quinoa bars. Even better? Juice Lane is located right next to Barry’s Bootcamp, making it a convenient remedy for post-workout starvation.
