The Olympics are over, but the seemingly universal adoration for America's self-proclaimed sweetheart Adam Rippon is still going strong. The athlete rose to fame for his medal-winning figure skating at the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Games but remained in the public eye thanks to his outspoken political views and hilarious Twitter feed. Currently, Rippon is practicing for his upcoming stint on Stars on Ice, which, based on an Instagram story he recently shared, includes some solid woo-woo wellness.

The athlete claims to be creating a "vibe" with a handful of crystals (and a bottle of kombucha). Since I had to know the exact crystals in his good-vibes pack, I asked Heather Askinosie, co-founder of crystal mecca Energy Muse and co-author of Crystal Muse, to give me the breakdown of the six types stones in his collection.

Get on Rippon's level with his woo-woo wellness pack, explained below.

1. Tiger eye

Askinosie told me the yellowish-brown tiger eye "is a crystal of good luck, optimism, and movement. It shifts your outlook so that you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself." She added that Rippon may have been drawn to it because it's an especially powerful crystal for men, "helping to empower their motivation to make manifesting their goals much easier."

2. Jade

Askinosie said green jade "opens you up to prosperity and abundance," and that "through instilling a sense of peace and purity within the mind, jade guides the spirit until it has a clear vision of who you are truly meant to be." In Rippon's case, maybe it was jade that decided he was meant to be a winner?

3. Lapis lazuli

Also present was night-sky-blue lapis lazuli, which Askinosie notes to be "a powerful stone for broadening your understanding and self-expression."

4. Pyrite

"In addition to attracting wealth, abundance, and good luck, pyrite is believed to hold a strong protective energy," which is a solid reason why the gilded crystal is included in Askinosie's recommended starter pack.

5. Black onyx

The black onyx "let’s you breathe easier, giving you the balance, confidence, and protection to take the next step." Askinosie added that it "will help you to see what is weighing you down and release it from your energy field."

6. Amethyst

Rippon has not one, but two amethysts, which Askinosie says are known for "indulging your intuition to help you become more in tune with yourself."  Additionally, the purple-hued crystal works "with your third eye to balance the mind with insightful solutions to problems."

Basically, Rippon has created a crystal pack that is as hard-working as he is.
