Adriana Lima Travels With This One Fitness Item to Stay Healthy on the Road
"A good trick of mine is packing a jump rope and doing ten minutes in my room first thing in the morning to get my heart rate up," Lima reveals in a recent interview with CR Fashion Book. It's brilliant considering jumping rope—which you most likely had fun with as a child—is an easy way to knock out cardio fast and it's also super carry-on friendly.
Though the Brazilian supermodel admits that staying healthy while on the road is challenging, she has other tips up her sleeve. "If I have a gym at my hotel, I'll wake up and do a quick workout," says Lima. "Or I'll run outside as a way to see the place that I’m visiting." Low-key and a way to sight-see? Multitasking at its healthiest.
This is Behati Prinsloo's go-to travel-friendly fitness equipment of choice. Or you could opt for one of these 5 equipment-free workouts for holiday travel.
