Air fryer peach cobbler recipe
Yields 2 servings
1 peach, halved and pitted
1 tsp + 2 tsp butter (1 Tbsp, divided)
1 Tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp oats
1 Tbsp shredded coconut
1 Tsp honey
Whipped cream (optional)
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Slice a peach in half and remove the pit.
2. Combine one teaspoon of butter with cinnamon and spread on the surface of the halved peaches.
3. In a little bowl, combine the oats and shredded coconut (or another tablespoon of oats), the remaining butter, honey, and cinnamon. Crumble the mixture on top of your peaches.
4. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until your peach is soft and the crisp topping is brown (time depends on how ripe your peach is).
5. Top with ice cream, whipped cream, or even yogurt for a yummy breakfast option.
