Drybar Alli WebbWelcome to Wellness Confidential, our quick-fire interview series where we ask hard-hitting (okay, entertaining) wellness questions, lightning round-style.

Up this week is Alli Webb, the founder of Drybar who turned the blowout into an affordable luxury (and, in the process, made us feel a little less guilty about ruining a recent styling with a particularly sweat-inducing workout). Mani-pedi who?

First thing I did when I woke up this morning: Kissed my husband.

Last thing I did before I went to sleep last night: Took my vitamins, and then kissed my husband.

The one place I’d never wear yoga pants: a Broadway show or concert.

Workout I’m currently obsessed withLagree Pilates.

My most memorable sweaty moment: My last Barry's Bootcamp class... I love to sweat!

The one wellness trend you’ll never see me try: a juice cleanse—I could never hold out.

The last time I used my oven: Oy; I've been traveling, so at least two weeks ago when I made cookies for my boys.

If sugar was a superfood, my diet would consist of: Starbursts, 100-percent.

I never make a smoothie without adding: Something sweet.

If I were a fruit or vegetable, I’d be: a pineapple.

I firmly believe that a woman can never have too many: Shoes. Doesn't every girl feel that way?

The one beauty product that I’m always replenishing: Vasanti's [Brighten Up!] exfoliator. I exfoliate every day.

The one song that I’ve been playing on repeat: I've been on a Johnny Cash kick. All Johnny, all the time.

My go-to spot for date night with my BF/GF/BFFs: Karaoke.

Where I go when I need to be alone: On a walk with my dogs.

Most people probably don’t know this about me, but: I'm very sensitive.

One way I’ve given back that I’m proud of is: Creating nearly 3,000 jobs.

My mantra of the moment: Speak up and be yourself; life is too short to live any other way.
