From beautiful Buena Park and along the Chicago Lakefront Trail to the Lincoln Park Zoo, she takes us step-by-step through her usual seven-mile loop (which you can track yourself in the map below).
Also among her long-run essentials? Her ASICS Cumulus 20s sneaks, which are cushioned with shock-absorbing gel, helping her feet feel just as fresh after a seven-miler as they do after a walk along the river.
