She spent the last decade working in New York as a journalist and previously worked at Twist Magazine, ELLE, and Seventeen. Outside of writing, Emily has established herself as a virtual health coach, helping her clients reach their wellness and nutrition goals. Emily is a graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public School Communications at Syracuse University and the Institue of Integrative Nutrition. She is currently based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
