The flexible 15- to 45-minute digital workout includes a three-minute mobility warm-up, three 10-minute rounds of three exercises—you can choose to do one, two, or all three rounds—plus a six-minute stretch. Exercising directly after disembarking is one of those tried-and-true travel hacks that flight attendants swear prevents jet lag, but Delta and Equinox also have scientific evidence to back their Sweatlag program: research out of Western State Colorado University noting that people who are fit are less susceptible to jet lag.
