With nearly 200,000 subscribers on Youtube, she’s widely regarded as the woman who popularized the zero-waste movement—and has only produced enough trash in the last five years to fill a 16 oz. mason jar. Shane is the founder of mission-driven beauty brand Seed Phytonutrients, a line of hair, skin, and body products launching on Earth Day in April 2018. With a background in marketing and product development at the likes of Aveda and L’Oréal, Shane launched Seed Phytonutrients to disrupt the beauty industry with a focus on preserving seed diversity, supporting sustainable agriculture, and bringing to market the first shower-friendly paper bottles made from 100 percent recycled packaging.
