Sleep is one of those elusive things that some people feel like they can never quite get enough of. But sticking to it is important since quality sleep is crucial to well-being. For instance, sleep deprivation can lead to mental-health issues, as well as trouble with memory. Also, not getting enough sleep can even make you feel clumsier. So, in honor of March being Sleep Awareness Month, Well+Good's staffers decided to share the products that help us sleep like babies.

That said, you don't need a product to help you optimize your sleep. For instance, auditing what you eat before bedtime, what you’re doing in the afternoon that might affect your sleep quality, and even considering a yoga routine for sleep might all help. Even so, adding sleep products to your bedtime arsenal can't hurt, either. (Case in point? An eye mask that's both comfortable and effective at blocking out light. And if you're worried about how to clean the eye mask, that's easy, too.) Keep reading to see 13 editor-beloved sleep products.

Canopy Little Dreams Humidifier — $135.00

“This humidifier might be meant for a baby, but rest assured that grown adults can use it to sleep like a baby. Where I live is incredibly dry, which makes adding some humidity to the air extra important for my sleep quality (PS, it’s also helpful for not irritating skin). The best parts, though, are that it’s dishwasher safe and anti-mold, so you can take a huge, deep breath without worrying about inhaling moldy moisture.” —Alexis Berger, Lifestyle Director

Loftie Alarm Clock — $150.00

“This alarm clock is my best friend. I use it nightly as a white noise machine to drown out the noise of my roommate leaving for work at 6 a.m. I love that it’s also full of relaxing sounds, meditations, breathwork sessions, and more to help lull me to sleep. Plus, it wakes me up with the most glorious chorus of birds. When I’m out of town, I actually miss my Loftie.” —Kara Jillian Brown, Beauty Writer

Highline Wellness CBD Night Gummies — $29.00

“If you’re a CBD skeptic, I get it. The research on its benefits is still preliminary. But given what we’re learning about CBD’s potential calming effects, I decided it’s worth a try for when I have trouble drifting off. My go-to? The CBD-infused gummies from Highline Wellness, which also contain a small dose of melatonin—aka the sleepiness hormone—to help shuttle you off to sleep more efficiently. Also, it doesn’t hurt that I have a total soft spot for the sweet flavors: blueberry and champagne.” —Erica Sloan, Associate Lifestyle Editor

Brooklinen Luxe Core Sheet Set — $158.00

“I’ve tried a lot of sheets and bedding brands, and I keep coming back to these sateen beauties from Brooklinen. They’re just so, as the name says, luxe. And I’m not a luxe person, by any means, but when I slip into them and feel that silky goodness on my skin? I’m an empress. I’m royalty. Get them. I mean it.” —Frankie Krempa, Commerce Writer

Aviator Nation Chevron 5 Sweatpant — $150.00

“I’d be hard-pressed to find a more cozy pair of sweats, and I’d be lying if I said I didn’t sleep in these pants as often as I wear them to run errands around New York. The super-soft fabric is the ideal level of warmth required to lull me to sleep.” —Betty Gold, Senior Food Editor

Slip Silk Sleep Mask — $50.00

“If you need a mask that blocks out all light and fits comfortably (without tugging on your ears, or leaving the back of your head sore in the morning), the Slip Silk Sleep Mask is worth every dollar. Made of pure mulberry silk, the design gives you comfort I haven’t experienced with any other mask, and I’m able to fall asleep way faster. I’ve been using Slip for the last five years, and wouldn’t try any other brand at this point. They get it.” —Gina Vaynshteyn, Senior Commerce Editor

Google Nest Wi-Fi — $148.00

“I love my Google Nest Wi-Fi device because it’s quite small, but really effective. Every night I tell it to play rain sounds, and when to wake me up. I even have a smart power strip associated with it, so if there’s a light on across the room, I can tell it to turn it off. It is really luxurious and helps me sleep.” —Han Schneider, Health Writer

Boll & Branch Signature Eyelet Duvet Set — $358.00

“After sleeping incredibly well in the luxe, plush bedding of a hotel setup on vacation, it’s easy to wish you could do exactly that every day. And I recently realized that I, well, kind of can. With this Boll & Branch duvet that has an eyelet-bordered detail, my bed looks the part of being a fluffy hotel respite, and the buttery organic cotton fabric makes it feel the part, too. When you enjoy getting into your bed at night, sleeping easy is a cinch.” —AB

Saranoni Arctic Hare Grand Faux Fur Throw Blanket — $80.00

I consider bedding the determining factor for whether or not I’ll get a good night’s sleep. So, when I took the Saranoni throw out of its box and felt how soft the faux fur actually is, I was over the moon. Since I got it, I’ve spent every night (and some cold days) cozied up in this soft-as-clouds blanket. The only downside is that it’s so comfy, it’s hard to get out of bed in the mornings.

Slip Silk Pillow Case — $89.00

“Silk pillowcases are known to be helpful for smoothing out frizz, limiting hair breakage, and diminishing fine lines and wrinkles—so, as a beauty editor, I am all in. Not only do they make me feel five-star-hotel-level luxurious every time I lay down to rest, but every side of the pillow is somehow always the cool side. What started with a single silk pillowcase has now turned into an entire collection, and I’ve honestly never slept better.” —Zoe Weiner, Senior Beauty Editor

Casper Comfy Mattress Topper — $299.00

“This is a great option if you’re not ready to invest in a brand-new luxe mattress but still want its benefits. It’s made with the responsive memory foam Casper is known for, and is designed with the brand’s AirScape tech, which gives the padding more breathability and cooling that lasts all night. I love this thing. After getting back into strength training, my body has been so sore, and falling asleep hasn’t been easy—until I got this mattress topper to test for work, and I can very honestly say it’s been so much easier to get comfortable and stay supported all night. I’ve been consistently getting deeper and longer sleep.” —GV

Womanizer Starlet 2 Rechargeable Clitoral Suction Stimulator — $80.00

When I learned that orgasm has been linked to better sleep—because having one releases endorphins, vasopressin, and oxytocin, which make you feel less stressed—I thought, Maybe I should do some, um, self-care before bed. And let me tell you, that’s the best idea I’ve had in months. This sex toy gets the job done and is rechargeable (30 minutes for a full charge that also lasts a half hour), so you don’t have to worry about driving to the store to get a pack of batteries.

Sleep Code Sasi Washable Silk Pajamas — $198.00

“It might sound silly, but getting into a fresh set of PJs (and luxe ones at that) cues my brain into knowing it’s ready for bed. This vintage-inspired set is absolutely adorable and worth the splurge IMO (it’s so soft).” —Samantha Leal, Deputy Editor
