Earlier this year, Yale University introduced a course on happiness that quickly rose to fame on its campus. The class, called "Psychology and the Good Life," became the most popular in Yale's 316-year history, drawing a class size of 1,200 students. Although access to the class previously required, you know, getting into the Ivy League school, the academic winner is now be available to everyone—not just Yale students—for free online, Quartz reports.

Enrollment on Coursera is now open for the free class, which uses scientifically backed methods and teaches practical advice on how to live a purposeful, satisfying, and enjoyable life.

Enrollment on Coursera is now open for the free class, which uses scientifically backed methods and teaches practical advice on how to live a purposeful, satisfying, and enjoyable life. It'll now be taught in an expanded version, filmed in the home of Professor Laurie Santos, PhD, as part of a series on the science of well-being.

This is the latest in a recent growing trend of making wellness practices more accessible by bringing them into the home at discounted (or free!) costs. Armed with the online course, your guided meditation practice, and at-home barre workouts, this could be your most mindful spring ever.

You can also boost your happiness by following this career path or by exercising for as little as 10 minutes a week.
