The healthy A-lister’s lifestyle publication Goop just published a story on how to “optimize your yawn” with the help of yogi Michael Lear, and the internet has once again responded with a loud, collective, “Really?”
In the post, Lear explains why yawning is important for releasing stress and why it shouldn’t be compromised in public settings, and then offers tips like “When the yawn comes, reach and extend into it, riding the yawn to stretch the jaw muscles.”
