Shel Pink is the California-based founder of SpaRitual, a brand heralded by beauty mavens for its chic and non-toxic vegan nail polishes. (And natural body care, candles, and lip glosses.)

Pink is equality mindful about healthy nails as she about other aspects of her healthy lifestyle, the elements of which she curates for followers on her wellness blog, Slow Beauty.

I drink this juice as part of my Slow Beauty practice,” Pink says of her favorite green juice. “It’s part of my daily beauty ritual and as important, or perhaps more important than a good face crème.”

See below for the recipe, which Pink considers to be a tonic for everything from blood and bones to your heart, mind, and digestive system. Cheers to that! —Jamie McKillop
