You need to see this empowering fitness video

This fitness video is going viral—and it’s not trying to sell you anything with perfectly fit models and athletes. Instead, it’s got a meaningful PSA-style message: that it’s okay (and normal!) to have a little jiggle going on while you’re busting your butt in the gym.

The video, set to Missy Elliot’s “Get Ur Freak On” (classic 2001), shows some pretty fierce women, of all shapes and sizes, in the boxing ring, swimming laps, on the soccer field, running, and in spin class—breaking sweats, working hard, and, well, kicking ass.

It was created by SportEngland, a U.K. government agency, as part of its This Girl Can campaign. They found that 75 percent of women want to be more active, but they don’t because of a “a fear of judgement.” So instead of making some cheesy ads for the tube, they created this inspiring piece with a real-woman vibe.

With cheeky quotes like, “Sweating like a pig, feeling like a fox,” “I kick balls, deal with it,” and “Damn right I look hot” that pop up over the sports and fitness scenes, the ad showcases what workouts actually look like, not what they should look like (if you have a modeling contract with Ford).
