CAP Beauty’s co-founders start the day with Kayla Itsines and wellness potions

Without fail, I start every morning with a big glass of lemon water. Then, if we’re not drinking coffee, I make a Brain Tonic, which is a perfect replacement for coffee.

I start by brewing a few cups of chai or pau d’arco and then blend it in the Vitamix with a teaspoon of Sun Potion’s Mucuna Pruriens, a teaspoon of their Rhodiola, a big spoonful of coconut butter and some Tocos.

If I’m working out, I head to the YMCA to do circuits from Kayla Itsines’ Bikini Body Guide. My business partner, Kerrilynn, and I are doing this together and I can’t believe how efficient and effective it is! Truly transformational.

I have a pretty active nighttime skin care regimen, so in the morning I skip the cleanse. Instead I give myself a good spritz with May Lindstrom’s Jasmine Garden. It’s a gorgeous blend of jasmine, cacao and silver, which is antimicrobial and great for preventing breakouts.

I follow that with a blend of In Fiore’s Soleil Fleur, more Jasmine Garden and about half a dropper of Active Botanical Serum from Vintner’s Daughter. I’m always fighting hyperpigmentation, and Soleil Fleur has made a real difference for me.

After the blend of serums, I use a few drops of the eye serum from Phos Wellness. It contains ozone, which really oxygenates and increases the suppleness of the skin. The founder and formulator, Stasios, has a wealth of knowledge on plant and mineral science and understands the importance of the vibrational energies of the ingredients he sources.

When I wake up, I head straight to the kitchen for a glass of purified water loaded up with The Beauty Chef Glow Powder.

Sometimes I’ll squeeze a lemon in there for extra purification, but often it’s just straight up water and powder. I also shoot one or two QuintEssential 3.3 Marine Plasma vials to get my body fully ready for my workout.

My morning workout with Kayla Itsines has been a game-changer in how I feel throughout the day and how my body performs. Just 28 minutes and I’m done.

After that, I walk home and I take a quick coldish shower where I wash my hair with Rahua Shampoo and scrub my body with Black Chicken Love Your Body Polish.

On my face I combine de Mamiel Summer Oil with In Fiore Vitale Toning Floral Essence in the palm of my hand and make a perfectly hydrating, not to mention delicious-smelling, cocktail that my skin loves.

Next, I head back into the kitchen to prep my herbs and breakfast. I add Harmless Harvest Coconut Water to the Vitamix and load it up with my transformational herbs: Sun Potion He Shou Wu, astragalus, ashwaghanda, pine pollen, ashitaba, moringa, coconut butter and tocos.

I usually drink some of my husband’s homemade Beet Kvass and make breakfast. I love salad for breakfast. Lately I’ve been really into the greens from Willow Wisp Organics at the farmers market with some avocado, hemp seeds, grapefruit and Himalayan pink salt.
