Sashah Handal makes this workout approachable and accessible, and uses classic moves like jump lunges and mountain climbers, but then takes them up several notches with burpees and “squat suicides.” Those who’ve taken the class have said they are left looking like they went swimming—“hardest HIIT I have ever tried,” and “super, super difficult.”
A brief reminder, just to make sure you’re not totally scared off. Yes, HIIT is… high intensity.
