A spicy goji berry smoothie recipe for holiday detoxing
Whip one up in your blender between champagne toasts and indulgent treats.

The office party has spiked eggnog. Your BFF just hand-delivered some homemade Christmas cookies. And mom called to confirm that, yes, you will be enjoying some of her home-cooked ham at your family dinner… or else. Needless to say, your plan to make it through the holidays while maintaining your healthy habits has gone a bit off track.
To help you reset without stress, we tapped Heather Cox of Eat Real Food for a quickie detox smoothie recipe you can sip on all season long.
“This spicy goji berry smoothie is always a great way to kick start your metabolism, as it contains cayenne pepper and the anti-inflammatory spice, turmeric,” Cox explains.
