Chances are you pop at least one supplement every day to fill in the gaps in your diet. Real talk: It’s actually pretty hard to get everything you need from meals alone. Wouldn’t life just be grand if you could get whatever it is you’re lacking from dark chocolate?
Swedish cafe chain Fika—with locations across Manhattan—is attempting to make that a reality. The brand partnered with health app Lifesum to find out exactly what nutrients New Yorkers are missing in their diets. After analyzing more than 100,000 people, they diagnosed these deficiencies: calcium, vitamin E, potassium, and zinc.

Armed with this knowledge, Fika’s chocolatiers crafted four chocolates—one for each of the aforementioned vitamins—making the world’s first-ever data-driven chocolates. (What a world, right?) Each one is made with 99 percent dark chocolate—essentially as healthy as you can get as far as chocolate goes (it might even make you smarter).
The chocolates are officially launching today, and even if you don’t live near one of the New York City-based locations, you’ll be able to purchase them online. Who says the supplement-popping fun has to stop with Flintstone vitamins?
