This Healthy Avocado ‘Hollandaise’ Sauce Is Exactly What’s Missing From Your Brunch

Avocado "hollandaise" sauce is the brainchild of Felicia, the food blogger behind Felicia's Fab Foodz. "It's the perfect fancy-looking Sunday brunch, and it's so easy to whip up," she wrote on Instagram. To make it, put half an avocado in a blender with a little lemon juice, olive oil, your choice of milk, and salt, and blend until smooth.

Felicia uses her healthy avocado hollandaise sauce recipe with a poached egg atop a slice of sprouted wheat bread, sprinkled with chopped chives and ground black pepper. Avocado "hollandaise" sauce

Ingredients
1/2 avocado
Juice of 1/4 lemon
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon milk of choice
Salt (to taste)

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and there are no chunky bits of avocado.
2. Add more milk if needed.
3. Serve over a poached egg, or whatever you want.
