Even though we’re smack dab in the middle of winter (and even though I just placed an order for a parka last week), I’m eagerly counting down the days when I can wear my crop top and sandals in the sun again. And now that yearning for warm weather has increased tenfold thanks to Hill House Home's newest Nap Dress collection.

The brand which introduced the world to the viral Nap Dress (aka, the self-described "World's Comfiest Dress") and put all subsequent styles on the map thereafter, has debuted several new romantic styles for the world to fall in love with all over again—just in time for Valentine's Day. Think tulle, lace, and more floral patterns than ever before.

For those who loved the popular Ellie dress, you’re in for a real treat. These new styles are a similar take on the classic design, only elevated with a Victorian twist. According to the brand, the styles were inspired by classic Victorian paintings and "forbidden love." So, what does that look like exactly?

Well, the Ophelia Dress features a cinched corset-style waist with florals adorned all over the bodice. Then there's the Jasmine Dress, which has long billowing sleeves and three layers of smocking at the midriff to hold you in. And if you're looking for a more formal ensemble, the Ava Dress is the perfect fit with its exaggerated ruffled collar.

But my personal favorite? The two Collector's Edition Ellie Nap Dresses. These still have the tiered layers and square-neckline of the Ellie dress but with lot of tulle and frothy, romantic lace that swishes and sways as you walk. For example, one style has the same ruffled shoulders and tailored silhouette as the Ellie, just with sheer lace detailing from head to toe. One major change we're personally excited about is that the poplin versions of the Ellie dress now have pockets! Both are available in various new colors and patterns and are going fast, so be sure to buy 'em while you can.

The Collector's Edition Ellie Nap Dress — $175.00

This Collector’s Edition dress may look like Ellie Dress, but its lace detailing is what takes it to the next level. The midi skirt is partly see-through so be sure to wear something underneath if you want to cover your legs (or don’t—you do you).

This drop comes about six months after the brand released a Bridgerton-inspired collection last year, which immediately sold out. And if we had to play Nostradamus for a day, we're predicting the entire Victorian collection is bound to do the same. In fact, many sizes have already been scooped up by eager Nap Dress loyalists.

Launched in 2019, the Nap Dress quickly became a coveted item in every closet. The main reason being its versatile nature and its comfortable fit. You can wear it to run errands (with a sweater and some tights), or throw it on for a day of R&R on your couch (it *is* called the Nap Dress, after all). For me, it's the ultimate definition of functional fashion and I'm excited to be getting even more options to choose from.

The Collector's Edition Ellie Nap Dress — $275.00

If you’re looking to make a memorable impression, there’s nothing better than this ballerina-ified version of the Ellie Dress to get heads turning. As mentioned above, this look has the same ruffled sleeves as the Ellie but adorned with plush tulle. The skirt also billows out more to create more fanfare when you walk.

The Ophelia Dress — $175.00

The Ophelia Dress has a bit more of a whimsical design, which we love. That’s mainly because of the print, which features Where’s Waldo-esque hidden mushrooms and fairies. Additionally, it has an adjustable neckline and ruffled quarter sleeves.

The Jasmine Nap Dress — $175.00

The Jasmine Dress reminds us of something out of Ever After’s costume design collection—but modern and casual. Its square neckline helps to accent your collarbone while the long sleeves are the first of its kind in this style.

The Ava Dress — $150.00

Whether you’re headed to a wedding or a snazzy brunch, the Ava Dress is here to help you make a statement. Also available in a floral print, this dress comes with two side pockets and a matching belt for you to switch up the style.
