Astrologer Jennifer Racioppi is here with a cosmic weather report to help you get grounded for a week that may include any or all of the following: righteous anger, “fake news,” and, weirdly, major sexual potential. Buckle up.

Monday, February 18

This epic paradigm shifting day, not your typical Monday, closes a chapter while opening a new door. Chiron, the wounded healer, officially leaves Pisces, entering into Aries—a sign it’ll be in for years to come. Now’s the time own the fact that over the last few years, you’ve reclaimed a baseline connection to your mystical powers, have shed patterns of martyrdom, and are ready to emerge full throttle in your most real sense of self.

This epic paradigm shifting day, not your typical Monday, closes a chapter while opening a new door.

Meanwhile, Venus, the planet most closely related to your values, conjoins Saturn, the planet of discipline in structure, in tenacious Capricorn, asking you to solidify your commitment to your truth. And finally, the sun exits Aquarius, entering into Pisces too while the moon waxes full.

So how do you digest so many powerful shifts? Take it slow. Don’t skip your mindfulness practice. Stay conscious. The tectonic plates of your spiritual development are mid-shift. Remain patient with yourself and others. Take time to stand under the moonlight and acknowledge how you’ve grown and changed.

Tuesday, February 19

Yesterday’s stellar potential carries over today as Mercury, the planet that rules communication, conjoins Neptune in Pisces. The intuitive doors blow open, meaning your dreams, intuition, and sixth sense speaks loudly. So, listen. Decide for yourself how you receive intuitive knowledge: Do you feel it, know it, actually see it, or hear it? While this transit might feel like swimming underwater, don’t despair, it happens in a perfect sextile to Saturn, too. So, you can leverage your mystical proclivity towards productivity. To support you, the moon, now full in Virgo, throws down steady and grounded vibes. Holler. (The moon moves into direct opposition with the sun at 10:53 a.m. Eastern which will be when the moon is precisely full, albeit broad daylight for most.)

This full super moon in Virgo will likely ask you to pay attention to your digestion. Ask yourself this, how am I digesting the changes afoot in my life?

This full super moon in Virgo will likely ask you to pay attention to your digestion. Ask yourself this, how am I digesting the changes afoot in my life? How can I assimilate change better? What does my digestive track need? With slow-moving and highly provocative Uranus just weeks away from switching signs, radical transformation looms. In the meantime, consider sipping on peppermint tea, cooking with fennel, and eating an Ayurvedic diet this week (especially one designed to balance vata energy). It will help soothe your system.

Wednesday, February 20

With the sun in Pisces making a semi-square to Saturn in Capricorn today, the day commands a slow and steady approach. When it comes to self-care, consider scheduling a pedicure. I know in the winter months, it’s easy to skip this indulgence, yet with the sun, Mercury, and Neptune all in Pisces, the cosmos reward taking care of your feet. Pisces rules your tootsies, after all—the home of so many essential acupressure points—so carve out time to take care of them. You can do a DIY foot soak with Epsom salts, with a few drops of your favorite essential oil, followed by a castor oil foot massage. Or to take it a step further, after your pedi or DIY spa treatment, stand in yogic mountain pose (tadasana), fully connecting to the earth through your feet, grounding all 10 toes and your heel. Find your center and trust that the earth supports you as you step boldly into the future of your choice.

Thursday, February 21

The waning moon leaves Virgo today, heading into Libra, the sign of justice, at 9:17 a.m. Eastern. Yet Venus, Libra’s ruling planet, finds itself in an applying conjunction with fierce, take-no-prisoners-Pluto—meaning today might lack the light vibes Libra can sometimes boast. It’s important to remember though that Libra, a cardinal air sign, fights for what it believes in.

Embrace your righteous anger today. Tune into your deepest values, and act from a place of alignment.

So, embrace your righteous anger today. You might not get what you want, and it’s up to you decide what to do about that. Tune into your deepest values, and act from a place of alignment. Remember, Mercury will soon go retrograde. What’s occurring in your life now will be up for revision in the weeks ahead. Choose wisely.

Friday, February 22

After an intense astrological week, Friday, a day we like to feel more like fun than hardcore work, packs a punch. Venus’ conjunction to Pluto perfects today, and Mercury squares Jupiter, too. These hard transits ask you to dial up your higher self. Mercury in Pisces squaring Jupiter can have people speaking in hyperbole as opposed to truth. Stay discerning, don’t believe everything you read or hear. If something doesn’t ring true, trust yourself (and challenge people on what they say). This transit causes exaggerations.

I also advise abstinence from alcohol right now. However, if you are drinking tonight, go easy, as this astrological combination can lead to getting a bit too tipsy. Get to know people before giving them your full trust. And remember, taking time to settle into your body and breath proves fruitful now. Reconnect to your feet and ground down.

Saturday, February 23

Venus in Capricorn squares (or makes a sharp angle to) Eris, the planet of feminine discord, today—asking you to rise. Now’s the time to stop settling for less, and honor how far you’ve come. You are incredible. You’ve learned. You’ve grown. Do not continue to give your power away to anyone, especially someone who’s abusing your trust. Instead, plant your feet on earth, pull your energy into your core, activate your third chakra—your power center—and move forward accordingly. To support you, Mercury makes a helpful angle to Pluto known as a sextile. Trust your healing process. The moon shifts from Libra to Scorpio at 10:55 a.m. Eastern. Lead with ferocity.

Sunday, February 24

With the waning gibbous moon traveling through sexy Scorpio all day, don’t neglect the healing powers of an orgasm. Oxytocin, an important hormone released during sexual activity, facilitates the bonding process, helps balance toxic stress, has a calming effect and can help you sleep. So, find your turn-on! Whether with a partner or alone, tuning into your body’s needs supports your well-being. Need to take a trip to a specialized boutique to help you find a toy or two? Go for it. Pleasure, a fundamental human right, heals.
