Not only is this breakfast super simple with just a few easy-to-find ingredients (many of which you probably already have on hand!), but it's also great for those days you don't have a lot of time to make breakfast. (Every day?) Sautéing everything up takes less than five minutes, then all you need to do is pile the mix on top of your halved avocado. Now, I'm not saying eating this meal is going to turn you into J.Lo, but you can't go wrong with a stuffed avocado for breakfast.
