When Jessica Biel is globe-trotting—whether it's for her own projects or hubby Justin Timberlake's tour—she has an admirable goal: keep things as simple as possible. And based on her efficient packing hack, she definitely applies that guiding principle to the way she preps her carry-on.

The actress recently said that keeping her load light is an absolute must, and she's developed a smart way to pack that allows her to get more outfits from fewer clothes: She sticks to the "less is more" philosophy of a travel capsule wardrobe and focuses on interchangeable pieces.

"One of the best pieces of advice I got for packing is pick a color scheme and stick with it. Like black, white, and blue and that’s it. Then you can wear everything with everything." —Jessica Biel

"One of the best pieces of advice I got for packing is to pick a color scheme and stick with it," she told Travel + Leisure. "Like black, white, and blue and that’s it. Then you can wear everything with everything."

Genius, huh? Instead of trying to squeeze in a bunch of unique pieces that she can really only wear once, she goes with neutral hues she can style plenty of different ways. Now, all she needs is to learn how to fold her workout clothes into spandex burritos and she'll be a true packing wizard.

This is the super-affordable, do-anywhere yoga class Biel swears by. Or, find out how she works out before hitting the red carpet.
