Target and Joanna Gaines Are a Natural (AKA Nature-Inspired) Fit With These Paint Colors

Picking a paint color is, maybe surprisingly, one of the hardest tasks you need to complete for a home makeover: There are so many choices, and you need to be confident that you not only love the hue now, but that you also will years down the line. So, it's a good thing Joanna Gaines' Magnolia Home line is coming to Target (where Hearth & Hand with Magnolia, her collection with her husband and Fixer Upper co-star Chip, is already available) with the goal to make the selection process a whole lot easier.

According to Apartment Therapy, starting April 1 the line—which is a collab with specialty paint company KILZ—will feature a curated selection of Gaines' favorite shades. "You go into a paint store and see 20 or more different grays," she said when the line originally launched in 2016. "I picked my favorite tone and give you three options: a light gray, a medium gray, and a dark gray."

Because the palette is so limited, it cuts the guesswork out of selecting an option by only offering "timeless, nature-inspired colors" that Gaines said people will "still love in five years."

And if you'd rather go the wallpaper-route, don't worry, the soon-to-be mom of five has you covered there, too: The Hearth & Hand spring line (that launches the same day!) features a selection of wallpaper (trendy plant prints, included).

Here's what you should know about the Fixer Upper spin-off show. And prepare your Netflix queue for a Marie Kondo binge.
