Kerry Washington’s Wellness Routine Includes Soulcycle, Supplements, and Massages

Clipping in at SoulCycle is only a small part of Kerry Washington's wellness routine: In addition to sweating it out in class, the actress likes to load up on omega-3 supplements for beauty benefits and practice self-care in the form of deep tissue massages.

In an interview with Allure, Washington dished that fish oil is her secret to silky hair and smooth skin. "I take it at night, though, so you don’t have to deal with burping up fish oil all day," she said.

But that's not the only wellness trick she has up her stylish sleeve. The Scandal star also schedules regular massages to keep her stress levels down after long work days, often spent in heels.

"I love them because they fall in that in-between for me: half beauty, half wellness," she said. "Massages are a good way for me to maintain my health and wellness, but also I feel like I’m doing something indulgent. And I’m a deep-tissue girl. I ask for the strongest massage therapist. Unravel me. Get in there."

But would you even expect anything less than "the most intense possible" from the woman who plays arguably the most badass boss babe on TV? Didn't think so.
