Just when you think you know literally everything about every single one of the Kardashian/Jenners—right down to how Khloe hacks her Chipotle order, which healthy beverage Kim loveshow long Kylie's attempt at a juice cleanse lasted, and which non-toxic sunscreens Kourtney swears by—there's always more.

Last night, Kylie—the million-dollar baby of the family—debuted her new reality series, Life of Kylie, and the most eye-opening segment of the premiere was when Kylie made the important mental health decision to see a therapist. So, in true Kardashian style, she took viewers along for the session, Katy Perry-style. (That, of course, came after she crashed a high school prom and then spied on her BFF's date night.)

"I don't know what it's like to live a normal life, where people just don't know who you are."

During her session, the 19-year-old Puma ambassador confessed that she feels a lot of pressure—from snapping the perfect selfie for her 96.3 million Instagram followers to dealing with the inevitable mean comments that follow—and opened up about how fame has warped her life. "I don't know what it's like to live a normal life, where people just don't know who you are, to get out of the car and not have everyone stare at you," she says. She also laments the intrusiveness and strong opinions of people who only know her through social media or her family's TV empire. "I feel like when you grow up on camera, people feel like they know you," she says. "I started filming Keeping Up With the Kardashians when I was 9 years old. I really don't know what it's like to not know what I am."

The lip kit mogul also tells the camera—er, her therapist—that she feels like she's lost part of herself. "I'm putting up a version of myself to the world that isn't really me," she says. By the end of the episode, Kylie and her BFF Jordyn Woods make a promise to "focus on the things that truly matter"—words everyone can live by.

Being in the public eye looks pretty glam—but plenty of stars say it comes with loads of challenges. Read about what Kelsey Patel learned from a social media cleansewhy Aubrey Plaza quit Instagram, and why Lena Dunham is okay with blocking haters.
