Celebrity trainer Lauren Kleban has a whole lot of energy. And, she kind of has to: Her 55-minute classes—which include a mix of dance, trampoline cardio, and resistance training—aren't quite akin to a leisurely stroll in the park or a relaxing meditation sesh. Now she's sharing the her morning coffee recipe, which keeps her running like the Energizer Bunny all day long.

In her latest newsletter, the LEKfit founder let in fans—who include Busy Philipps, Judy Greer, and Hillary Kerr—on how she prepares her go-to brew, and it all starts at Starbucks. After ordering a Venti almond milk cappuccino with three shots, Kleban heads back home to add in her special mix of supplements.

"I add a marine collagen supplement for my hair, skin, nails, bones, and joints," she wrote. "As we age, our body's collagen production begins to slow down, so taking a supplement can help keep our joints flexible, bones dense, and our hair, skin, and nails nourished."

Next up, Kleban adds in an adrenal tonic from her herbal alchemist, Chandra Scofield, to help fight off adrenal fatigue.

"Adrenal fatigue is super common and most of us will deal with it at some point in our lives. I often spread myself a bit too thin. So, I take adrenal tonic as a preventative measure."

"Adrenal fatigue is super common and most of us will deal with it at some point in our lives," Kleban wrote. "[It] can be a result of too much physical and/or emotional stress. We all move at an extremely fast pace these days and, like many of you, I often spread myself a bit too thin. So, I take the supplement as a preventative measure."

Last comes the most fun addition to her cup of joe: Moon Juice's Spirit Dust, which is made up of ingredients like reishi mushrooms, ashwagandha root and leaves, and goji berries.

Kleban said the powdered mixture is designed to "align with bliss"—and that it definitely fuels her early morning with feel-good vibes.

In addition to positivity benefits, Kleban says since she started adding supplements into her diet, she's noticed major differences in her body. And it's not surprising: Since all the ingredients are powerhouses when it comes to staying healthy—both mentally and physically—it might be time to rethink the way you start your day too.

These are the best supplements to take at every age. And if you want to glow from the inside out, these beauty supplements may help.
