There are a few ways to ask the universe for some extra-special tidings of good luck: find a four-leaf clover, keep a rabbit's foot in your pocket, or even adorn your space with a horseshoe. Sometimes though, it's just your day. Or, in this case, everybody's day.

Yesterday we officially moved into Scorpio season, which—aside from housing your most loyal friend's birthday—also includes the luckiest day of the year. Several astrologers, including our very own Jennifer Racioppi and horoscope OG Susan Miller, have called out October 26 as the luckiest day of the year for everyone across all zodiac persuasions.

"Schedule an important meeting. Launch a major project. Present. Pitch. Projects started today are blessed by the auspices of the stars." —Jennifer Racioppi, astrologer

"Jupiter and the sun conjoin, meaning that the influence of good luck massively infuses this day," Racioppi says. "Schedule an important meeting. Launch a major project. Present. Pitch. Projects started today are blessed by the auspices of the stars. Now’s the time. Go!"

And since the day falls in Scorpio season, if that's your sign, you'll have a doubly fortunate day, Miller says in a video for PopSugar.

So, what will you do to make the day count? A few ideas: Apply for your dream job, throw a great party, make some major moves for your passion project, or—hey, why not?—chat up that gym crush. If there were ever a day to do it...
