Real talk: Whether you’re a weekend warrior or more of an on-the-reg kinda gal, actually getting up to go work out can sometimes be tough when you’re all cozied up with, say, Netflix or your alarm clock’s set to snooze. In those moments, the idea of leaving your hygge state to thrust your way through squat jumps, churn your legs during a spin class, or hold your arms out in warrior two just sounds like absolute torture. Am I right? (Or am I right?)

Even the thought of how rewarding it’ll feel afterward sometimes can’t seem to get ya movin’. I can totally relate—even though I’m a Barry’s Bootcamp junkie, it can take a lot of work to get me into the studio. But as I procrastinate and scroll through Instagram, I’ve noticed one thing that actually helps: reading motivational fitness memes. They’re basically telling me how my brain should be thinking about my workout. Just reading inspiring words about fitness make me wanna sweat—and hopefully, they do the same for you.

Keep scrolling for 10 memes about all the things you (maybe forgot you) love about exercise, and then get movin’.
