How to Make the Ultimate Smoothie Bowl…in Just 3 Minutes

Every morning, NoBread founder Nicole Cogan makes time for a smoothie bowl. But as the founder of a blossoming food empire (NoBread serves up gluten-free restaurant guides in six cities across the globe), Cogan needs a serious nutrient punch to fuel her busy days.

Her secret ingredient? Amazing Grass Green Superfood Antioxidant (the scoop-and-go formula loaded with antioxidant-rich ingredients like acai and green tea, plus tons of greens and veggies), which bulks up her usual smoothie add-ins for a major energy boost.

"I think that a lot of what’s wrong with the food we eat is what’s put on it and how it’s processed," Cogan says. "I love Amazing Grass because all of the fruits and vegetables are the highest quality organic and non-GMO—and using all sorts of greens, grasses, and antioxidant-packed fruits really gives you all the nutrients that you need."

Watch the video above for all the deets on Cogan's 3-minute smoothie bowl, including exactly how to assemble an Instagram-worthy creation (complete with coconut shavings and gluten-free granola, of course). Bonus: You'll even have time for a workout after.
