The Simple Brow-Makeup Trick to Make Sure Your Glasses Don’t Ruin Your Look
As a sometimes-glasses-wearer herself, makeup artist Lisa Eldridge knows a thing or two about creating the perfect polished look. In a recent YouTube video, she shared some tricks that flow with frames: Aside from always using an eyelash curler and some mascara to open up your peepers, she also suggests you avoid making your eyebrows look too bold or defined. "If your glasses frames almost cover your brows, you don't need to pay as much attention to them," she says. "And if your frames are black and heavy, you might not want to make them too dark because they almost compete. The heavy brows and heavy frames might all be too much."

Instead of going HAM with your brow powder, just lightly fill them in for a nice natural look. And to really make your eye area pop, grab the tweezers, too. Eldridge recommends making the area look "as nice and groomed as possible" by getting rid of any noticeable strays under your brow area. You might not see them normally, but if you have lenses that magnify your eyes, they'll stand out. Basically, more is less for glasses-wearing brow babes—and getting your look on point has never been easier.
