Why supermodel Rosie Huntington-Whiteley doesn’t believe in beauty rules
The supermodel-slash-actress just started her own beauty website—but she doesn't believe that beauty rules should exist.

Some supermodels stick to campaigns and runways, while others—much in the likeness of celebrities—launch their own namesake brands. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, though? The model-slash-actress has just launched her very own beauty blog—dubbed Rose Inc.—that’s all about divulging the secrets of her industry.
In a recent interview with makeup artist Katie Jane Hughes, however, Huntington-Whiteley admits that she doesn’t believe in beauty rules—despite makeup and skin care being her passions. In fact she says that “in terms of beauty, rules need to be thrown out the window.” So the supermodel’s swiping away at all the guidelines out there (gasp).
“Let’s all just appreciate each other’s look.”
“My look might not work for you. Your look might not work for me,” she continues. “But let’s all just appreciate each other’s look. There’s skill and there’s talent and there’s beauty in everything, and that’s what we need to look at, instead of tearing another person’s image or look down.” Her refreshing philosophy is akin to the body acceptance movement, where everyone is appreciated and there’s not a one-size-fits-all rule governing everything.
