How many times a year does Prime Day happen?

Amazon Prime Day is typically held in July, however in the summer of 2020 (due to the pandemic), the retailer pushed back its summer sale to October. Since then, this additional sale has remained and is known as the “Prime Early Access Sale.” This October sale offers more opportunities to take advantage of deep discounts ahead of the holiday shopping season. Therefore, while Amazon Prime Day has traditionally been a once-a-year event, the retailer has fallen into the trend of hosting a second major sale in October, effectively making it twice annually.

Are all items on sale during Prime Day?

Since Amazon sells just about everything you can imagine, Prime Day offers sales and deals on almost everything in its inventory. If you can’t wait until July, you can check out the bargains that are always available on the site. Happy shopping!
