Traveling the world is an amazing thing. The only issue? The process of checking off all those hot spots from your bucket list can result in some pretty angry, achy feet. There is an easy way to get rid of the pain, though—and the hack is massage-therapist-approved.
While soaking your feet in a dreamy, relaxing tub undoubtedly feels good, it won’t do much for the actual pain you feel after walking around for hours (or days!) on end. Instead, massage therapist Lara Katsman, of New York City’s Haven Spa, suggested simple technique that will get you back on your feet, seeing the world in no time.

If you’re in a hotel room and there are no stones available, you can use a washcloth or some sort of towel.”
Just roll the towel tightly, Katsman instructed, and hold it with both hands. Then, roll it along the soles of your feet, first at a hot temperature then at a cold temperature for the best results. After your feet are feeling as good as new? Maybe invest in some new, much comfier shoes before getting back to feeding your wanderlust-loving soul.
