Barry's Bootcamp was an immediate fit for New Yorker Dagmara Lometti, who has fitness in her blood—her dad was a professional soccer player and her mom was a competitive swimmer. (Picture their family game night!)

Even so, it was finding a #squad of like-minded women in class that turned the Barry's regular into a sought-after instructor there.

"Barry’s brings out the inner athlete in people," she says. "It's high-intensity, but it's a team environment. [A group of us] started coming every day, and challenged each other to run faster and lift heavier, just making ourselves be better."
