Fueling your kombucha obsession without blowing through all your hard-earned dough might have been a challenge in 2017 (the struggle is real!), but your favorite fermented beverage isn't going to break the bank this year.

Target is upping its wellness game once again by adding four organic flavors of the gut-friendly drink to store shelves under its very own healthy food brand, Simply Balanced: blueberry-grape, ginger, mango, and a raspberry, lemon, and ginger combo. And the price? While other bottled brews from well-known brands like Health-Ade and GT's are typically sold at $3.99 and up, the mega-retailer's exclusive line is available now for $2.79 a pop. (And it's just one more example of the mainstreaming trend we're predicting this year for the longtime wellness beverage.)

So how does Target's new kombucha line stack up to your old favorites health-wise? The blueberry-grape product, for instance, contains 70 calories a bottle (15.2 ounces) with 17 grams of sugar—15 of which are added sugar—and 3 percent juice from concentrate. Health-Ade's California Grape drink, on the other hand, is 80 calories a bottle (16 ounces) with 6 grams of sugar and 10 percent cold-pressed juice.

It might not be as healthy as other options on store shelves, but hey—knowing you can now occasionally snag a booch for a fraction of the cost is definitely a good way to start the year.

Wondering how much kombucha is too much? Here's what you should know. Also, find out which city buys 78 times more kombucha than the rest of the country.
