I caught up with the duo recently at a wellness event hosted by Kohl's in Santa Monica, California, where they led workouts for hundreds of fans throughout the day (and another 33,000 who joined via live stream). There was a lot going on, but the two stayed grounded through it all. And when I asked them how, they offered up a handful of must-haves that always make it into their gym bags. These five items—from their favorite snacks to essential oils—help them feel centered and ready for anything.

Here are the wellness go-tos you'll always find in the Tone It Up founders' gym bags.
