New York City’s booming boutique fitness scene has officially taken over the Hamptons, too. Each summer top studios like Barry’s Bootcamp, SoulCycle, and Tracy Anderson open pop-ups out East until Labor Day, joining homegrown gems like the original Yoga Shanti in Sag Harbor.

Plus, hotels and nightlife hotspots are getting in on the active action by hosting a variety of workouts— like Holly Rilinger's Lifted—oceanside at Gurney's.

We’ve rounded up all of the best fitness studios in the Hamptons here (listed by town, and then alphabetically), so you can stay fit and energized all summer long.
