Your Guide to Healthy Eating and Drinking in the Hamptons

Photo: Chloe's Fruit Pops
While finding a decent grocery store in the Hamptons still isn't easy, there are more healthy spots than ever where you can order a smoothie made with locally grown greens and berries or slurp down brain-boosting oysters pulled from the ocean just steps away. Need proof? Look no further than this list of the best healthy spots to grab a bite, whether you're beach-bound or just need to refuel post-SoulCycle.

All the healthy hot spots mapped out here are organized by town and then alphabetically, so you can focus on soaking up the sea breeze without wondering if that Juice Press you remember once passing is actually in the vicinity.

And, insider tip: Firing up the grill and feasting on the local seafood and produce is still often the best option—unless you’re a whiz at landing reservations or navigating traffic.
